William Dwight (W.D.) Hatfield

The Host of The Wrestling Hotseat.

Experience :

W. Dwight Hatfield brings a multitude of varying experiences into his career as a Director of Marketing for two different firms in Florida . It is this plethora of insights that has helped him achieve results and set a high standard of goals and objectives, both personally and professionally. His first experience with marketing of any kind began at the age of 17 when he auditioned for and won the spot of front man for a teenage rock band created by Frontera Records.

Originally trained in Business Management, Hatfield began his career in the formal wear industry as a protégé where he successfully managed both the customer service and marketing aspects of a highly profitable Tuxedo & Men's Wear store. At the same time Hatfield was a contributing editor to a local newspaper, created & wrote the Universal Images comic book title "The Evolutionaries", released an avante garde musical CD and also had several poems and short stories published in magazines and poem collections.

Hatfield is also a life long fan of professional wrestling, specifically the late 1980's and early 90's era of the National Wrestling Alliance & World Wrestling Federation. He has several friends within the industry and enjoys spending time around it when his schedule permits. In 2008 he created The Wrestling Hotseat Interview program designed to give wrestling fans insight into the real people behind the characters seen on television. The show was also developed as a way for wrestlers to expand self promotion and spread awareness of current projects and careers. In addition to hosting the show, Hatfield will begin commentary on various web & DVD programs.

The Wrestling Hotseat is available completely free across many popular forms of web based media. The show airs in 12 week "seasons" with a hiatus of 8 weeks. This is to provide site visitors with new and timely content presented on a consistent basis. Personal Philosophy :

"There is no such thing as luck, there are only opportunities, sometimes they are given to us, but more often than not we make our own opportunities. I believe that I have to give more than a hundred percent in every aspect of my life, not for personal profit or monetary gain, but simply because that's how I have to do everything. I also believe in the principals of Kantian ethics, that one must always do the right thing, merely because it is the right thing to do.
